He is a seasoned professional with nearly 29 years of extensive experience in spearheading diversified functions with corporate firms, NGOs & The Indian Army. Having done his schooling from St. Columbas High School, New Delhi in 1972, he joined the Armed forces Medical College, Pune. He graduated as a General Physician in 1979.

He joined the Indian Army in the Army Medical corps in 1980, and worked in several Army hospitals at various stations. He held the post of staff surgeon and head of various departments during his tenure. He also provided medical consultation while conducting the first Kailash Mansarover Expedition in 1981. In 1987 he proceeded to Sri Lanka as a part of the Indian peace keeping forces at Jaffna and took active part in the operations for 3 years. He took part in several military presentations as a speaker and was actively involved in training and coordination.

In the year 1996, he post graduated from The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University as a Master of Business Administration.

On taking premature retirement in the year 2000, after 20 years of meritorious service with the Indian Army, he worked for 7 years at THE HOUSE OF VALAYA, an established Indian fashion house where he was the Director Operations and Marketing.

From 2007 to 2009 he was the CEO of THE VALAYA MAGIC FOUNDATION in Delhi, an NGO working for under privileged Indian girls. He was involved in fund raising and corporatisation of free schools for such girls, where they were given free education and free meals.

In 2009 he took over as Director Operations at PHILANTHROPE, an NGO for mass Education on Disaster Management and Health Emergencies. Training sessions were conducted at several schools, banks, hotels and other Private and Govt. organizations for upgrading the skills of their personel in the field of handling Health Emergencies, to reduce avoidable morbidities and mortalities, due to ignorance of the first handlers.

Presently , he is a Corporate Trainer based in Gurgaon, (New Delhi) India.

His Soft Skill Training sessions -- MIND SKILLS have been held at several public and private organizations like Maruti Udyog Ltd., ICICI, Godrej, Rites, NDPL, Krishna Maruti, India Habitat Center, Galaxy hotels and conducted workshops in several schools in Delhi, Management Institutes and associations all over India,
